WhatsApp is the best instant mobile messaging platform with more than 1 billion monthly active users. Facebook bought this messaging app and gave a new update for group chats by increasing 256 allowed members in a single group. Before this update, the allowed members for each group was 100, and now it got increased by 256. This update also applies for both Android and iOS Smartphones. And the Blackberry and Windows smartphones users are waiting for this update.
The happy news for WhatsApp users is that the company use to charge $1 dollar as a yearly annual fee from the users. But for now, they gave up the $1 dollar fee (no fee, it’s free) for gaining more app users on the platform. There are not bigger upgrades to WhatsApp, In simple the company now allows 256 active app users for each group and dropped the annual fee from the users. The main reason for this update is for taking the company to the next level and growing their business. These are the usual thing which every company does for attracting their customers and gaining more users for growing bigger to reach the height.
Adding 256 members in a group is not as hard as understanding your girlfriend’s or Boyfriend’s mind.

Sometimes the app will show you the increased numbers from 100 to 256 in your group chat setting by automatically updating WhatsApp. If the app doesn’t show you any increase numbers to the group.
Then you need to do is, Just update your current version of WhatsApp for adding 256 people to your group.
If you have a problem while updating the messaging app, then just uninstall it and then install a new and fresh version WhatsApp from Play Store.
